Learn2Read 6-Class Money-Back Guarantee

1.1If you decide that Learn2Read is not right for your child, we will refund 100% of the amount you have paid for that child's classes — including the classes your child has already attended.

2.1You can claim before your child's seventh class has been attended, and within 90 days of your child's first attended class. Both must be true — the Guarantee ends on whichever of the two happens first.

2.2Only classes your child has actually attended count towards the six. If a class does not take place — for any reason — it does not count.

2.3Your child's 90 days begin on the date of their first attended class, not on the date you paid.

2.4If your child has not attended six classes within the 90 days because Learn2Read cancelled classes, or because no tutor was allocated, this Guarantee stays open until your child has attended six classes.

2.5If your child could not complete six classes in time because of illness, travel or another genuine reason, tell us and we will extend this window. We will not be difficult about it. This clause can only extend the window, never shorten it.

3.1The full amount you paid for that child's classes, including the GST you paid on it. No deduction for classes attended. No administration fee. No processing charge. No deduction for payment gateway costs.

3.2We refund to the payment method you originally used. If that is not possible, we will refund to another account belonging to you, on your written instruction.

3.3We will start the refund within 7 business days of accepting your claim. Your bank or card issuer usually takes a further 5 to 10 business days to credit it to you.

4.1Email info@learn2read.co from the email address on your enrolment, or send us a WhatsApp message on +91 63605 14381, or tell your Learn2Read coordinator. Any of these is enough. There is no form to fill in and no particular words you need to use.

4.2We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.

4.3We will not ask you to justify your decision, and we will not ask you to reconsider more than once.

4.4If the difficulty is with your child's tutor, we will offer you a different tutor. You do not have to accept. If you would prefer a refund, we will refund you. We will make that offer once and then act on your decision.

4.5Changing tutor does not reset or extend the six classes.

4.6Where we offer you a different tutor, that will always be another one-on-one tutor. We will not move your child into a group batch under this Guarantee.

5.1One claim per child.

5.2This Guarantee applies to class packages bought directly from Learn2Read.

5.3We refund the amount you actually paid us. Where we have credited your account with an additional promotional amount — for example during a sale — that credited amount is a benefit, not money you paid. It has no cash value, it is not refunded, and it ends when your child's classes close. Your enrolment confirmation and your invoice both show the amount you paid, and that is the amount we refund.

5.4If you bought at a discounted or promotional price, we refund the discounted price you paid.

5.5This Guarantee applies to one-on-one class packages only. It does not apply to group batches.

5.6The Guarantee applies per child. Where you enrol more than one child, each child has their own Guarantee, running on their own classes and their own 90 days.

5.7A claim covers everything you have paid for that child, including a second or third package bought for them at enrolment or while their Guarantee is live. We refund it in full and close that child's classes. Any other child's classes continue unaffected. It makes no difference whether your children share a tutor or have different tutors.

5.8Top-ups and renewals bought after a child's Guarantee has ended are not covered.

5.9Free classes, bonus classes, referral credits and classes given as part of a promotion have no cash value and are not refunded.

6.1This Guarantee is a limited-period offer, not a permanent feature of our service. It applies to enrolments completed between 1 September 2026 and 30 September 2026.

6.2We may withdraw, suspend or change this Offer at any time. Any withdrawal or change takes effect only for the future, and does not affect any enrolment completed while this version of the Offer was live.

6.3The version of these Offer Terms that applies to you is the version in force on the date you enrolled. Your version number, and a direct link to that exact version, are shown on your enrolment confirmation email. Every version we have issued stays published at its own permanent address, and all of them are listed at learn2read.co/guarantee.

7.1When your Guarantee period ends, you can still stop at any time. Our Refund Policy gives you a refund of the classes you have not used. See clause [X] of the Refund Policy at learn2read.co/refund-policy.
