At SchoolHome Educare Pvt. Ltd. (“Learn2Read”, "we", "us", or "our"), we are committed to providing high-quality educational services for children. Your satisfaction is important to us.
This Refund Policy ("Policy") sets out the terms and conditions governing refund requests for services offered by Learn2Read. In this Policy, “Learner” means the minor child for whose benefit the services are purchased by the Customer. Customers ("You") refer to the parent or legal guardian who has registered on Learn2Read's platform and purchased services on behalf of the Learner.
By availing Learn2Read's services, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Policy, which forms part of the overall Terms and Conditions governing use of Learn2Read's platform.
1. Scope of Refunds
This Refund Policy applies to all services and programs offered by Learn2Read, including digital and live instruction delivered via our websites and platforms. Refunds shall be considered only for the pro-rata remaining balance of fees paid for services that have not been accessed, attended, streamed, or otherwise utilised by the Learner. (“Unconsumed Services”). Once a Learner has accessed, started, viewed, or participated in any session, module, or content, such portion of the service shall be deemed consumed and non-refundable.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 A refund request will be eligible if all of the following criteria are met:
- The Learner has pending sessions or classes that have not been accessed, attended, streamed, participated in, or downloaded. Refunds will be calculated only for such Unconsumed Services as defined in Clause 1 (Scope of Refunds), and any sessions already consumed are non-refundable.
- Access to the purchased service is materially prevented due to verified, reproducible technical errors caused by Learn2Read’s platform, provided such errors are not attributable to the parent/guardian’s device, software, network, or internet connectivity.
- The refund request must be submitted by the parent or legal guardian and in compliance with the timelines and procedures specified in this Policy.

- Services, course materials, modules, features, add-ons, or digital content are explicitly marked as non-refundable on the website, during enrollment, or in promotional communications.
- Any refund request based solely on the Learner’s perceived lack of learning, academic progress, examination performance, learning pace, satisfaction with educational outcomes or subjective dissatisfaction including claims that the Learner “did not learn anything.”
- Cancellation of enrollment does not automatically entitle the Customer to a refund.
- Any administrative, registration, onboarding, processing, or similar fees communicated to the Learner are non-refundable.
2.3 Promotional Offers
- Learn2Read may, at its discretion, publish separate terms and conditions governing specific promotional offers, including money-back guarantees, cashback offers, or discounted-enrolment schemes, applicable to enrolments made during a stated period (each, a "Promotional Offer").
- A Promotional Offer shall be binding on a Customer only if it was published on Learn2Read's official website , or otherwise communicated to the Customer in writing, at or before the time of that Customer's enrolment, and shall apply in the form so published or communicated as of the date of enrolment, save where a subsequent change is more beneficial to the Customer.
- Where a Customer's enrolment is covered by a Promotional Offer, the refund terms of that Promotional Offer shall govern that enrolment and shall prevail, to the extent of any inconsistency, over this Policy in respect of that enrolment alone, save that (i) Clause 6 (Legal Compliance) shall continue to apply in full to every enrolment, and (ii) Learn2Read's rights of verification and its rights to reject fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith claims under Clause 5 shall continue to apply unless the relevant Promotional Offer expressly and specifically states otherwise.
